Born 8th December 1832 near Cambridge in the UK, G.A.Henty began a career in journalism early, becoming a war correspondent after being sent to serve in the Crimea. In later life he became a novelist and one of the most popular authors of children's adventure stories of his time. With over 80 titles published, he was certainly one of the most prolific.
He died on 16th November 1902, onboard his yacht at Weymouth, UK. His last book was published posthumously.We have 6 titles available.
